Economic Development

From day one, strengthening the economy of Anniston has been my top priority.  Having “shovel ready” projects is great for a politician to talk about to garner positive press but is what is more important and beneficial is making sure that the jobs we as leaders create really match the skills and interests of the Citizens.

The counties top-employers are doing just that.  We must support their efforts in the policy we make, the political climate that we create and our children which we educate.  We have a broad, diverse and capable workforce.
